0001-0015 - Quick Introduction to our manufacturing plant, history and processes
0015-0020 - Learn how to mix and knead the dough
0020-0045 - Demonstration and hands-on to pleat your very own red bean paus
0045-0105 - Demonstration and hands-on for cute pau. (including design and crafting techniques)
0105-0130 - Hands on to make your very own pau (with the help of instructors)
0130-0145 - Dim Sum Platter Tasting (while the hand-made paus are cooked)
0145-0200 - Debrief, packing of Paus, purchase of more dim sum, Q&A.

Can i customise the content of the class to include more team bonding or sustainability elements?
We are happy to tailor our classes to meet your team's learning objectives. Our strong partnership with community organisation to distribute our paus for the less fortunate.

Is your food vegetarian friendly?
During our workshop, we will be using mainly red bean and lotus paste paus, and our ingredients are not only 100% halal, but are vegetarian friendly.
For food tasting, we have included chicken options, if you would like vegetarian options, please let us know in advance.
How do i find your factory? And where do i report?
We are located at FoodXchange@Admiralty, level 7. For participants, please meet at the lift lobby 10-15mins before the scheduled time. For detailed information on the meet-up point, please see our Locate Us.
My group has children under the age of 6. Can they join?
We do not have a formal policy on the age limit for any child but we recommend that child should be above 3 years old so that they would be able to understand the class to a reasonable extent without disruption to the class.
